About Me

With over 20 years experience as a legal professional in family law and guiding clients through the legal process of divorce I have trained as a divorce coach and am now an Accredited Divorce and Separation Coach Practitioner.    This has enabled me to combine my knowledge and experience of  the legal process together with coaching tools and techniques that will help you move on positively from your separation and gain back the control and clarity you so desperately need.

Having helped my now husband of 15 years through his very difficult divorce I have first hand personal experience of the challenges clients face with all aspects of a separation from financial and  emotional to children issues. As well as coping with the emotional and practical aspects  and putting your life back together and moving on.

I am passionate in helping both men and women in unlocking that life beyond separation and divorce and living  in a positive, happy way.

Is to guide you both emotionally and practically through the minefield of separation and divorce at whatever stage you may be and equip you with the tools and techniques to enable you to move on positively.

Life does not have to end with divorce or separation and I am here to support you.

I offer 1 to 1 bespoke individual coaching sessions via zoom/Teams, telephone or in person.  

 I also provide telephone, voice note, email and  message support between sessions  when needed together with help and guidance in preparing for meetings with your solicitor, completing Form E's and other documentation and preparing for Court.

Each client's needs are different and we will discuss those needs at our initial discovery call.   I offer packages to suit you and your lifestyle and that are bespoke to your needs.
