I am an accredited divorce coach with over 20 years’ experience working in family law, and I continue to work as a paralegal/legal assistant alongside my coaching practice.

That experience means I understand both the emotional reality of separation and the practicalities of the divorce process. I know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re trying to make important decisions while also dealing with everything that separation brings.

As your coach, I don’t provide legal advice, but my family law background gives me a valuable understanding of the process and helps me support you in feeling more informed, prepared and confident about the steps ahead.

My approach is warm, practical and supportive. Separation and divorce can leave you with so much to think about that it can be difficult to know where to start.

I offer a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space where we can untangle what’s happening, work out what matters most to you and focus on the things you can control.
